Orders
How do I place an order at Fille?
Choose your products, add them to your cart, enter your shipping details, and complete payment at checkout. Once confirmed, we'll send you an email with your order details.
I received a confirmation email. What now?
Once payment is approved, your order goes into picking. You can track every step in My Account or on the Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Get in touch as soon as possible through Contact Us with your order number in hand.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (in up to 6 interest-free installments), PIX (with instant approval), and other options listed on the Payment Methods page.
Is it safe to shop at Fille?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and process payments through certified gateways. We do not store card data on our servers.
Shipping
Which regions does Fille ship to?
We ship throughout Brazil via Correios (PAC and Sedex) or partner carriers. See detailed timelines in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive the tracking code by email and in your account. Visit Track Order to follow it.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes! We offer a free exchange within 30 days of receipt, according to the conditions described in Exchanges and Returns.
What if the item arrives with a defect?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt, with photos of the product. Our team will review the case and arrange a solution as soon as possible.

Account and Registration
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
Go to the login page, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
