We bring Fille to your door

We ship throughout all of Brazil via Correios (PAC and Sedex) or partner carriers, depending on the location. Check the timelines, costs, and conditions below.

Delivery timelines

The timeline shown at checkout starts counting after payment approval and shipment. Orders approved by 3pm on business days are usually shipped the same day or the next business day.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is calculated based on:

  • Destination zip code
  • Weight and number of items
  • Method chosen (Sedex / PAC)
  • Any free shipping promotions

You'll see the exact cost in your cart after entering your zip code, before completing your purchase.

Free shipping

On promotional dates and on purchases above the minimum amount listed on our site, we offer free shipping to select regions. Check the top bar of the site for the current promotion.

When your order is shipped

  1. Purchase completed and payment approved
  2. Order being picked at the distribution center
  3. Checking and packaging
  4. Shipment via Correios and generation of the tracking code
  5. Code sent by email and made available in My Account

Orders placed on weekends and holidays

Purchases made after 3pm on Fridays, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays start being processed on the next business day.

Delivery address

Attention: it is the customer's responsibility to check all address details (street, number, additional info, neighborhood, city, zip code) at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or missing address, or refusal by the recipient, may incur an additional reshipping cost.
