Track your order in real time
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code by email, which is also available in your account. Use the options below to follow your delivery.
1. Track through My Account
Log in to My Account and go to My Orders. Every shipped order shows the tracking code with a direct link to Correios.
2. Track through Correios
Visit the Correios website at rastreamento.correios.com.br and enter the code we sent you.
Statuses you may see
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | Order created, awaiting payment confirmation. |
| Approved | Payment confirmed. Order is being picked. |
| Awaiting shipment | Order picked, checked, and ready for shipping. |
| Shipped | Order shipped. Tracking code available. |
| Delivered | Order delivered to the recipient. |
How long until the tracking code appears
Once payment is approved, the order goes into picking. The tracking code is generated and sent by email within 24 business hours of shipment. It's common for the code to take another 24 hours to be updated by Correios.
Didn't receive the code? Check your spam/trash folder or go to My Account. If you still can't find it, contact us through Contact Us with your order number in hand.
Orders with delivery issues
If your delivery is delayed beyond the timeframe given by Correios, or if there's a note in the tracking details (such as "address not found"), contact our support team as soon as possible so we can find the best solution.
Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to check all address details at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient may incur an additional reshipping cost.
